Kandy Esala Perahera — Official Seat Booking

By creating an account and booking seats through this portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payment

• All seat bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway.
• Ticket prices vary by seat row and Perahera night, as shown on the pricing guide.
• Each booking is issued a unique QR-coded e-ticket which must be presented at entry.

Identity Verification

• A valid NIC or Passport number is required at registration for ticket identity verification at entry.

Event Day & Entry

• This ticket is valid only for the specified event day. Guests must be seated before 4:00 PM. The Perahera will commence after that time.
• Complimentary refreshments will be provided by KMC. Guests may use the washroom facilities at Queens Hotel free of charge.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where required by law.
• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event night due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected ticket holders will be notified.

Conduct at the Venue

• Ticket holders must comply with all venue safety instructions and Kandy Municipal Council regulations.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly manner, without refund.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all bookings made under your account.
